Every great journey begins with a story.

Ours begins with a little Yorkshire Terrier named Banae.

She wasn't just a pet—she was family. She was my shadow, my constant companion, and one of the greatest joys of my life.

Like so many dog parents, I noticed little things throughout the years that I simply assumed were part of being a dog. Paw licking. Eating grass. Occasional digestive upset. Times when she just didn't seem quite herself.

I loved her deeply, but I didn't always understand what those everyday behaviors might be telling me.

After Banae, I found myself wanting to learn everything I could about canine wellness. The more I researched, the more I realized how important everyday nutrition can be in supporting a dog's overall health—from gut health and digestion to skin, coat, and daily vitality.

That journey inspired the creation of Wellhaven Collective.
